Description To ensure all plant processing and facilities equipment are running at optimum efficiency on a daily basis. Principal Duties: . Maintain and repair processing equipment. · Maintain and repair facilities equipment. · Perform preventive maintenance on processing and plant equipment. · Electrical troubleshooting. · Mechanical troubleshooting. · Communicate and document work performed. · Perform all other duties as assigned or asked of by management. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. · Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. · Excellent aptitude and demonstrated experience in the following trades required: o Mechanical repair o Fundamental electrical 24V to 480V troubleshooting repair and installation o Working knowledge of PLC’s. Servo motors/drives, AC/DC variable speed frequency drives o Mechanical troubleshooting o Plumbing/pipefitting o Welding and fabricating o Machine tool o Electrical troubleshooting o Facilities maintenance Decisions and Responsibilities: .
