Join us to own the compensation & benefits agenda and strategy, ensure company competitive edge on the market, drive innovations & automation, analyze and leverage data, and govern that local Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes across the Czech Republic are efficient, effective, and fully aligned with both local and global LEGO Group standards. More specifically, you will: This position is located in our Kladno manufacturing site and there is no relocation assistance offered for this role.
