Your Work Matters Corporate Counsel for Floor & Decor, a leading specialty retailer and distributor of hard surface flooring and related accessories, will report to the Vice President, Senior Corporate Counsel in the Legal Department. This position will be responsible for managing the company’s data privacy program, advising internal teams (procurement, e-commerce, marketing, and IT) on legal requirements and best practices, and reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with a focus on IT-related contracts. The Corporate Counsel will provide legal guidance on applicable privacy laws and regulations, including the CCPA, state privacy laws, and emerging privacy and AI regulations. The role will also review and negotiate various commercial contracts and provide overall support to Floor & Decor in achieving its business objectives.
