Description BANQUET BARTENDER: Provide quality service to our guests during their dining experience by executing proper service standards, creating exceptionally well-prepared cocktails and possessing a strong knowledge base of wine and food. WHAT YOU GET TO DO: - Greet guests - Set up hors d’oeuvre/buffet tables and pass food and beverage items as requested - Set tables to specifications - Set up bar banquet bar to BEO specifications within a specific timeline - Follow SOPs set in place to standardize event set up and service - Provide beverage service by preparing cocktails, serving wine, beer and non-alcoholic drinks - Prepare and serve drinks in a consistent manner to Shore Lodge Specifications - Be able to provide proper service to a section of the dining room which includes but is not limited to serving multiple courses, watering tables, bussing between courses, clearing after the event, wine service and coffee service - Deliver food and beverage orders accurately and timely - Be able to carry trays of food from kitchen area to serving area - Take drink orders and accurately enter orders into POS, and deliver orders - Possess a functional wine knowledge with the understanding...
