RSB Automotive Consulting is looking for a Project Buyer to join one of our international clients in the automotive sector. Location: Poland (Lublin or Cracow): Start: As soon as possible Contract: Long-term employment on a permanent contract (UoP) Remote work: 2/3 days per week Your mission: As a Project Buyer, you will be responsible for supplier selection, contract negotiations, and securing on-time deliveries of components during development and ramp-up phases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet quality, cost, timing, and risk objectives. Key responsibilities: Source and negotiate with suppliers for components, services, tooling, and equipment Manage prototype development and tooling orders with suppliers Ensure suppliers meet project objectives in terms of quality, cost, and timing Support localization and sourcing strategies in alignment with global purchasing teams Drive cost optimization and propose innovative solutions with suppliers Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, finance, and legal teams Profile: 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, ideally in the automotive industry Strong negotiation and organizational skill...
