In this role, you will be accountable for building and leading Trustpilot’s Risk function. While a foundational risk framework exists, it requires substantial development to meet the needs of our scaling business. Your priority will be to establish a clear, credible and scalable approach to risk that supports how the business operates and grows. While the initial focus is purely on risk, developing a formal compliance capability will become part of the role in the future. Reporting directly to the Chief Trust Officer, you will work closely with executive leadership and Board Committees to ensure that risk and control considerations are understood, prioritised and acted on - without creating unnecessary friction.
