Overview: The Cluster Business Controller is responsible for leading business control and performance management activities for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Czechia cluster. The role acts as a true sparring partner and right hand to the Station Manager(s), providing financial insight, performance analysis, and decision support to drive profitability and operational efficiency. The role requires strong ownership of data and the ability to translate financial and operational information into a clear business story for the management.
