Your mission at Voi As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run safely, efficiently, and at the highest performance level. You will lead our fleet operations team and oversee our warehouse in Amersfoort , supporting the launch and growth of our e-bike operations in the Netherlands. This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team, optimising warehouse processes, and ensuring our fleet is maintained to the highest standards. In this role, you will: Lead and develop the warehouse team , creating a strong culture of teamwork, accountability, and performance Oversee daily warehouse and fleet operations , ensuring our e-bikes are maintained, repaired, and deployed efficiently Work hands-on with the team on maintenance and repairs to ensure high service quality, maximise vehicle uptime, and reduce operational costs Plan and optimise workflows across the warehouse and field operations, including shift planning, performance tracking, and continuous process improvements.
