Context Aperam Alloys and Specialties is a leading global player in the Alloys & Specialties business relying on an international footprint, with operations spanning Europe, Asia and in the United States. The Division is growing fast. First step was organic growth resulting in doubling the Division’s Ebitda from historical 50M to 100M today. The next step aims at further growth through internal and external growth. The enhancement of the Division’s efficiency and performance, capacity expansion and external acquisitions. To support the growth of our division, we are looking for a divisional Head of WCM Program to drive the cultural and technical transformation of our global production sites worldwide.
