Preservation Material Officer

About the role The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all materials and preserved items supplied from the warehouse are maintained in a condition that is fit for purpose at all times. Specific Responsibilities: - Execute a day-to-day maintenance activity, as assigned from end-to-end basis to enable high equipment reliability and plant availability. Update maintenance records, and prepare relevant reports - Accountable to perform assigned critical activities as per process safety requirements - Drive high standard of personal accountability and performance to deliver the site and department goals and target - Ensure strict compliance with company safety policies and procedures - Communicate verbally and/or in writing to operators, employees, supervisors and others regarding the identification of problems with productivity - Perform required production quality control check and analysis - Perform preventative maintenance and assist in trouble shooting of potential issues - Maintain and communicate requirements for tools, consumables and equipment, and maintain good housekeeping practices - Contribute to keeping process materials records through the proactive reporting p...
