Grounds Keeper, Laborer

Job description

Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Grounds Keeper, Laborer to support Kadiak and our government customer in in Butte, MT. Perform all grounds maintenance as required. Landscaping: Maintenance: Administrative: Support: Collaboration: Versatility: - Mow and edge lawns; trim hedges, shrubs, and trees. - Water and fertilize plants and lawns. - Weed applied pesticides/herbicides (Vendor Assist Integrated Pest Management, rake leaves, disposed of debris, and pruned/shaped trees and bushes (Vendor Assist Arborist). - Maintain/repair irrigation systems; lean and maintain garden tools/equipment; remove snow/ice from walkways and driveways; perform regular ground inspections and grounds tours. - Enter/update service requests in NCMMS (MAXIMO). - Close out work orders and maintenance actions. - Assist with reporting requirements. - Respond to general maintenance tasks. - Assist maintenance staff with service requests. - Help with special landscaping projects/events; receive, verify, and distribute vendor products. - Assist in planning multiple tasks/projects. - Review vendor performance, report to CE. - Perform other duties as assigned.
