EU Labeling & Product Notification Submission Specialist

Job Summary: The EU Labeling & Product Notification Submission Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product labeling compliance and regulatory notification submissions across EU member states. This highly detail-oriented role ensures that all products are accurately labeled and properly registered prior to market entry. Qualifications: - Conduct thorough label reviews across all product categories to ensure full compliance with EU labeling requirements (ingredients, allergens, nutrition declarations, claims, country of origin, etc.) - Manage product notification submissions to EU member states across relevant portals and systems (e.g., CPNP for cosmetics, EFSA novel food notifications, national food supplement notification portals) - Work on improving internal tools and optimize notification efficiency for existing and new products/ suppliers - Maintain and manage an organized internal database of label versions, submission records, and approval statuses by market and product - Collaborate closely with the EU Compliance Specialist and Sustainability Specialist to align labeling with regulatory and sustainability requirements - Liaise with marketing, desig...
