Description The primary role of this position is to supervise and control the activities and operations of an Optical Outlets office. Essential Functions: Train new hires for various positions within Optical Outlets' offices Supervise and control the operation of the office to ensure that they operate in compliance with all company personnel and security policies, and approved procedures Maintain all products, equipment, and supplies in the office. Inform the District Manager of trends, needs, or problems Maintain office operations within controllable expense budgets such as payroll, overtime, supplies, and maintenance Comply with proper promotional, merchandise, and display policies and practices Maintain positive patient/customer and public relations by ensuring follow-up on any patient/customer complaints Establish professional relations with all doctors, whether they are leasing, employed, or referring Provide coaching in new product introduction, technical, and selling techniques to all office personnel Supervise and follow up on all insurance and any other required billing for the office Responsible for reconciling all financial reports, including but not limited to bank depo...
