It's more than a career, it's a calling MO-SSM Health Medical Group 1027 Bellevue Ave Worker Type: Regular Job Highlights: This role supports: - Pre and post procedure education for ablations, device implants, and cardioversions - Remote device monitoring follow-up and troubleshooting - Rooming patients for the physician during clinic - Complex triage calls (syncope, symptomatic arrhythmias, device concerns) - Coordination between EP, cardiology, imaging, and procedural teams - Medication management, refills, and prior authorizations - Patient flow support and rooming for high acuity visits Job Summary: Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Implements and monitors patient care plans.
