The Customer Service & Operations Advisor role based in Warsaw is responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain across the EMENA region. Key responsibilities include overseeing the full order lifecycle, from order validation and stock allocation to coordinating with 3PL partner HAVI and ensuring compliant, efficient collections across multiple markets. Acting as the primary point of contact for Franchise and Bottling Partners, the role involves handling service queries, resolving operational issues, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while delivering a high standard of customer service. Additionally, the position ensures financial accuracy and system integrity by supporting invoicing processes, resolving discrepancies, contributing to revenue reporting, and maintaining data quality within D365.
