Description Are you a skilled Press Brake Operator with a passion for precision and craftsmanship? Join our dynamic and growing team in a contract manufacturing, high mix/low volume sheet metal job shop environment where your experience and attention to detail make a real impact every day. What You’ll Do: - Set up and operate Amada and Bystronic press brake machines - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions - Understand machine programming and make adjustments as needed - Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools - Maintain a proficient run rate while producing high-quality, custom parts - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and continuously improve processes - Demonstrate excellent attendance and a strong work ethic - Take initiative and show a willingness to learn and grow What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience as a press brake operator in a job shop/contract manufacturing setting - Familiarity with Amada and Bystronic machines , including basic programming knowledge - Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprin...
