Job DetailsJob Location: GOODWILL WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT - EUGENE, OR 97402Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: DayThis position involves working at Cottage Grove, Seneca and Springfield as well as at various community sites working with the unhoused community. JOB SUMMARY: Work as part of a team to provide employment related education, support, guidance, training and job opportunities to individuals enrolled in Workforce Development programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist participants with activities designed to prepare individuals to be successful in obtaining and retaining employment. Activities may include: employment counseling, application development, resume writing; cover letters, interviewing skills, online resources, job leads and referrals, employment related workshops; workplace basics, and mentoring. Complete orientation and enrollment activities with participants based on Goodwill and contractual requirements.
