About the Role We are looking for a Special Projects Lead, Business Strategy & Operations to help scale the impact of Global GTM Data Science and AI Solutions at OpenAI. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, market intelligence, enablement, and execution. You will work across GTM, RevOps, Data Science, and leadership to identify opportunities, drive high-priority strategic initiatives, and help operationalize AI-powered solutions that improve commercial outcomes. This is a high-impact role for someone who is highly strategic, execution-oriented, and AI-savvy, with strong business judgment and a bias toward action. You should be comfortable moving between executive-level business reviews, cross-functional problem solving, and building practical materials that help teams adopt new data science solutions.
