The Charge Nurse ensures team members maintain a strength-based, family centered, trauma-informed care, and culturally responsive focus within the residential nursing department. All interactions are professional and embody the core values and mission of The Buckeye Ranch. In collaboration with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing, the Charge Nurse provides leadership and supports supervision and oversight to the Residential Nursing department.
