Trains new sign fabrication personnel. Assists with customer service. Performs management duties including scheduling, assigning, and overseeing subordinates work, inspection of completed work, training and guiding staff, use of equipment, signing of state and interstate roadways, maintaining routine environmental compliance, shop equipment maintenance and their required documentation, office administration, permit compliance, record keeping, work management reports, inventor...
