The Swaps Salesperson is a senior-level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets, as well as in providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. The VP Salesperson also serves as an intermediary in trading for clients. The overall objective of this role is to act as strategic advisor to our clients by formulating investment strategies and raising capital for clients. Role focus: - Client Coverage & Origination: Own and grow a book of Single Stock Swap client relationships, driving idea generation, trade flow, and incremental revenues - Front Office Partnership: Work directly with SSS trading and sales to structure and execute client trades efficiently and at scale - Structuring & Advisory: Provide practical guidance on SSS structures, economics, and tradeoffs, coordinating with internal partners (tax, legal, financing, ops) as required - Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients on single name swap usage, financing alternatives, and market developments - Franchise Growth: Identify opportunities to deepen wal...
