This role is central to building a premium, concierge-style experience that reflects the quality and reputation of the ASGI brand. About the role: As the Customer Experience Manager, you will lead the front-end lifecycle experience across our events, education programs, and customer community. You’ll oversee onboarding, customer communications, event attendance, support operations, engagement, and retention strategy.
