Primary Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases encompassing Functional, Regression, and UI testing for SaaS-based web applications and APIs. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Developers, Product Owners, CloudOps, and Customer Support, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software releases. - Conduct testing of patches and service packs for clients, ensuring robust and reliable updates. - Participate in and contribute to a global team.
