Senior Associate Transaction Services (F/H)

We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to form part of the founding team of Interpath Advisory France. We are looking for a talented Senior Associate to join in our Transaction Services team in Paris and deliver Transaction services projects for an exciting mix of clients including top tier Private Equity and Corporate clients. You will be working closely with Managing Directors and Managers in a truly entrepreneurial work environment, setting up and developing a leading Deal Advisory practice in France alongside bright and energetic people. You will work across the entire deal life cycle in a hands-on role, including both buy-side and sell-side work, helping clients to deliver successful transactions working closely alongside our corporate finance and debt advisory colleagues across the Interpath network. On top of that, you will be encourage to mentor our analysts and associates in accordance with our values.
