Job description
The mission of Plant Operational Excellence Engineer is to support the plant to increase its profitability. For this he/she needs to focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction by: - Leading, coordinating and identifying improvements opportunities in the plant. - Driving plant team to deploy improvements and build continuous improvement mind-set. - Active support of Kaizen approach in the plant, by animating and performing improvement workshops. - Being accountable for Labour Flex, Control Tower actions implementation and plant OEE results. - Providing knowledge and coaching based on APPS/IMS 2.0 Group standards and orientations, linked to operational business targets. - Supporting Regional Operational Excellence Manager/Director in the deployment of the regional strategy in the plant, by providing all necessary information Core tasks: - Leading and creation of plant Kaizen workshop plan. - Active presence on production shop-floor by performing Kaizen activities. - Working in multidisciplinary teams: monitoring and constantly optimizing Labour Flex, Control Towers and OOE plant results. - Actively review and improving Cycle Time / Operator Work Content, by performing measure...
