Description: The Assistant Director of Student Involvement and Organizational Development supports student leadership development through engagement-based experiences that connect students to organizations, governance, and campus involvement pathways. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - This role advances access to involvement opportunities, advises College Council, collaborates on leadership education initiatives, and supports intentional engagement strategies that promote participation, belonging, and leadership capacity. - Contributes to the design, implementation, and assessment of leadership education initiatives embedded within student involvement and engagement experiences. - Develops and advances student involvement engagement pathways, including oversight of Student Involvement Fairs and related initiatives that connect students to organizations, leadership opportunities, and campus engagement. - Serves...
