WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Team Leadership & Development (Global PMO Enablement) - Own people leadership and performance accountability for a growing PMO organization based in India, including team capability, delivery outcomes, and balancing resource availability. - Lead and develop the India PMO organization through close partnership with the local PMO manager, focusing on scaling foundational project management standards, and operating models as the team grows. - Establish clear operating rhythms, role clarity, and a consistent “how we run programs” playbook across regions (e.g., planning standards, execution cadence, quality checks, and escalation paths). - Act as a senior PMO leader and role model for project execution excellence across Europe, India, and the U.S., influencing outcomes through partnership rather than direct authority where applicable.
