The Principal Content Model Lead is responsible for defining how knowledge is structured, standardized, and transformed into usable content. This includes owning content templates, structural standards, and the transformation layer that converts raw consulting knowledge into consistent, high-quality, and platform-ready outputs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Content & Knowledge within Global Delivery & Solutions, you will operate at the intersection of content production, knowledge systems, and platform experience. You will ensure that all content produced across solutions follows a consistent structure, is easy to consume, and is optimized for reuse and scalability.
