Sun River Health is seeking a full-time MAT Peer Adherence Worker to join our team at the Peekskill location. Summary: Provides recovery support to reduce barriers of care and shares strategies to improve patient health outcomes. This includes educating patients regarding MAT, HCV, risk reduction, medical and medication adherence. Provides education resources and materials that serve to promote recovery support education on harm reduction, MAT, Naloxone, and treatment. Provides Harm reduction and opioid overdose and prevention training and support.
