What You’ll Be Responsible For: - Managing tenders end-to-end - from kick-off through to submission - Reviewing drawings, specifications and documentation to fully understand scope - Preparing detailed take-offs and cost plans across all trade packages - Building and managing strong subcontractor and supplier relationships - Issuing and assessing tender packages, including scopes, clarifications and exclusions - Identifying risks, gaps and opportunities within tender documentation - Collaborating with preconstruction, design and delivery teams to ensure buildability - Preparing clear, detailed and competitive te...
