Position Summary: Under the general supervision of the Director of Clinical Operations the Patient Services Representative coordinates and facilitates a variety of functions in support of Student Health, Counseling & Wellness (SHCWS) Services mission, values, and goals and missions. Incumbent functions with a moderate degree of independence and exercises considerable discretion, judgment and confidentiality as required in a clinical office environment. Provides first point-of-contact for clients/patients, customers, and visitors. Gathers pertinent patient data to facilitate service to the client/patient and receipt of payments for service provided.
