Junior HQ Controller, Poznan Role overview: Are you skilled in numbers and interested in a career in the brewing industry? We’re looking for a motivated Junior HQ Controller to join our team and take charge of coordinating cross-entity reconciliations and streamlining intercompany billing workflows. The Financial Controlling team comprises 7 specialists who ensure accurate financial reporting, monitor balance sheet accounts, and support audits. We collaborate closely with local business units (mainly the Headquarters in Denmark) and work with international tools like SAP and HFM to ensure the company’s financial stability. What you’ll be doing: - Monitoring overdue receivables on an ongoing basis - Contacting customers/local entities to clarify payment delays - Identifying receivables for write-offs and coordinating approval with the business unit - Post-write-offs in the accounting system (SAP) - Providing ad-hoc support, Collecting licenses/app user lists - Verifying and mapping licenses/app users - Issuing ad hoc Intercompany invoices - Reviewing Intercompany agreements - Preparing MEC reports for project...
