The Specialty Group Exercise Instructor leads unique or advanced fitness classes such as or other specialized formats. They are responsible for creating safe, effective, and engaging sessions that cater to a range of skill levels. The instructor brings expertise in their specialty area, offers modifications when needed, and fosters a welcoming, inclusive environment that supports participants' wellness goals. SALARY RANGE: $30.00 - $35.00/Hour: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Design and deliver structured, goal-oriented group exercise classes aligned with program objectives. - Demonstrate proper form and technique, providing clear verbal and visual instruction. - Offer appropriate modifications and progressions to accommodate varying fitness levels and abilities. - Maintain strong class flow, time management, and energy to ensure a positive participant experience. - Conduct equipment and space checks prior to each class to ensure a safe environment. - Actively monitor participants for proper form and signs of fatigue or distress. - Respond promptly and appropriately to injuries or emergencies in accordance with facility protocols. - Maintain current CPR/AED and all required certifications....
