Organization of weekly, monthly, and yearly training and skill development plan for assigned events. Student-athlete recruitment – Assist Full Time Staff in the recruitment of prospective student athletes, ability to identify prospective student-athletes (PSA), assess talent, build relationships, and guide PSAs through initial eligibility process.
