Title: Fiscal Technician: (Hourly) Harrisonburg CCAP #WHA07 State Role Title: Fiscal & Accounting Technician Hiring Range: $18.03 - $25.37: Pay Band: 3: Agency: Dept of Corr - Central Admin Location: Harrisonburg CCAP: Agency Website: https://vadoc.virginia.gov: Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties: Provides fiscal support to accurately and efficiently record and balance all financial activities; to ensure proper case management procedures are followed; to review, analyze, and process a range of data and reports in accordance with DOC and DOA policies and procedures. This is a wage position limited to working no more than 1,500 hours per agency during the 12 month period of May 1 – April 30, regardless of the hire date. The wage employment period resets on May 1 of the following year. All wage employees are limited to working no more than 29 hours per week on average over the 12-month period. This wage position offers no state benefits. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data and to make mathematical calculations rapidly and accurately.
