Job Description: The life cycle of an aircraft programme is characterised in particular by the implementation of development and certification tests, but also, beforehand, by R&T activities. These tests vary throughout the test campaign, from the ground integration test campaign to flight tests. In order to carry out flight tests, we need to instrument our aircraft with specific flight test means, different in-service aircraft configurations. We fulfill this mission through a multinational department spread across four sites (Toulouse, Filton, Hamburg and Bremen) and we build cooperation with the other Airbus divisions. In order to reinforce and support these activities, a position as a flight test means architect has just been created at the Flight Test Centre within the Airbus (Commercial Aircraft) Division in Toulouse.
