Catholic Social Services is currently seeking a contract full-time 40 hours per week, Team Leader in EDMONTON to join our St Ritas. Providing excellent client-centered care, you are confident, thoughtful, and motivated to achieve success when supporting others in your community. This position has a weekly schedule of: Monday to Friday both day and evenings. Contract position until November 30, 2026. Job Summary: Challenge your skills as a Team Leader, a coach and mentor for a team of dedicated staff providing supports to adults with complex challenges. Working in a residential setting, you will lead by example demonstrating excellent resident-focused service delivery including supports to meet the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of the person. Your willingness to learn about various resident conditions will ensure the highest quality of care. Your ability to multi-task will help you work through the administrative portion of your role efficiently, as scheduling; supervision and managing of day to day operations of the ministry are your responsibility.
