Equipment Maintenance Specialist Team Lead Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking an Equipment Maintenance Specialist Team Lead to join the Emergent Operations PEM Team in North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st shift. The expectation is for the team lead to conduct their existing technician work in addition to the position responsibilities outlined below. Position Responsibilities: Performs maintenance on factory equipment Troubleshoots, analyzes, inspects, disassembles, rebuilds, modifies and tests factory machinery and equipment as necessary to use knowledge in areas such as mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics Uses and interprets advanced blueprints and schematics to maintain and repair equipment Responds to requests for equipment repair Maintains and manages component and replacement part inventories Works under limited supervision: Leads the team through daily BPS Tier boards and is responsible for updating the metrics Understands and communicates current issues facing their specific MBU across all shifts.
