Focused Energy is a fusion energy startup with the goal of generating unlimited clean energy to responsibly meet future global demand. With the use and commercialization of laser-induced inertial fusion, a clean and highly efficient power generation technology is coming within reach, suitable to ensure a secure and scalable future energy supply. This Project Manager will support the development, integration, and operations of our science efforts including experimental projects related to our Omega, Phelix, ELI, and simulation modeling efforts, helping translate technical objectives into executable plans and ensuring delivery across multidisciplinary teams. You will act as a central point of coordination between our Science team, engineering partners, facilities, and the company PMO, bringing structure, visibility, and momentum to complex technical work. This role is ideal for someone with project management experience who is comfortable in labs, hardware environments, or R&D settings, and who wants to deepen their technical and program execution skills over time.
