Description Overnight Tuesday-Sat 12am-8:30am: - Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and staff while motivating and interacting with employees to achieve continuous improvement. - Oversee and support employees in day-to-day operations. - Maintain scheduling for the evening shift to ensure coverage. - Develop supervisors and staff on expectations and ensure follow-through. - Perform administrative duties and reporting. Requirements: #INDLP - High School diploma with one to three years of supervisory and substance abuse treatment experience. CASAC credential a plus - At least 3 years managing and developing a team - Proven leadership skills a must - Organizational skills a must - Ability to make decisions for daily operations rapidly and successfully - Taking responsibility for the evening shift of the organization
