Job description

The Analyst I role supports the Caesars Entertainment ‘Enterprise Analytics’ department mission of providing world class analytical support, delivering insights that drive profit, and being a reliable business partner for all operational areas. This role will primarily support Digital Analytics initiatives, with a focus on digital performance trends, customer engagement data, and analytics across digital channels. Responsibilities may include analyzing data, developing reports and dashboards, and assisting with performance measurement and trend analysis for cross-functional teams. This position is based at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV and follows a hybrid work schedule. Conduct objective, rigorous analytics to help the business improve profitability, operational processes, and customer service – e.g., identification and evaluation of revenue growth opportunities, resource optimization, optimal investment mix, competitive market dynamics, customer behavior, and pricing optimization Distill vast datasets into actionable insights and recommendations that guide decisions and strategies.
