REPORTS TO: Executive Chef SCHEDULE: Part-time, 20 - 25 hours/week when school is in session. Monday-Friday 8:00am-1:00pm. May include days, nights, and/or weekends, flexibility to work all shifts as needed covering Academy sponsored functions and attending training sessions. Schedule may vary according to departmental and Academy needs. These include daily food deliveries between operations, catering deliveries, dorm deliveries, picking up of equipment/supplies in dorms and support in Lamont Health deliveries. Job Responsibilities: - Proper maintenance and storage of food items and equipment in delivery vehicles. - Keep all equipment, vehicles, hand trucks, dollies clean and in working order. - Responsible for basic maintenance of vehicle/s, ensuring gas, oil and tire pressure.
