Job Description Become a part of the "Bath-Built is Best Built" tradition. As a Maintenance Custodian you will maintain cleanliness of facilities including offices, areas throughout the buildings, grounds keeping and snow removal. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: - Lawn mowing (riding and walk behind) - Weed whacking and hedge trimming - Hedge trimming and weed whacking - Landscaping - Groundskeeping - Office cleaning - Bathroom/shower cleaning - Operate carpet shampooer - Operate buffing machines - Wax application - Street sweeper - Recycling - Snow and ice removal (everywhere) and hand shoveling Hiring for all shifts: The pay range for this position ranges from $26.76/hr - $27.85/hr. - 1st: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM - 2nd: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM - 3rd: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Required/Preferred Education/Training: - High School Diploma or GED required. - Driver's license required.
