The ECM team works in partnership with the advisory and coverage teams to advise public and private companies, entrepreneurs, and financial sponsors to originate, structure, execute, and syndicate equity financings such as initial public offerings, follow-on capital raisings, block trades, convertibles, and other equity-linked financings. The overall objective of this role is to act as a strategic advisor to our clients by facilitating equity capital formation.
