As a Senior Software Engineer on the iOS Platform sub-team, you will be the technical leader shaping the future of iOS development at Compass, fostering a culture of technical excellence and developer empowerment across 40+ iOS engineers. You are a pragmatic visionary who can "poke holes" in complex iOS architectures to prevent future technical debt, simplify sprawling build systems, and deliver scalable, resilient platform solutions that save thousands of engineering hours.
