Your next opportunity Join Boral's People & Culture Partnering team as a permanent People & Culture Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will support and partner with frontline leaders of our Asphalt business to help achieve business objectives and develop their teams. You will be based at our Whinstanes/Eagle Farm office. You will also collaborate with and be supported by a team of approximately 70 dedicated People & Culture professionals from Centres of Excellence including Remuneration & Reward, Talent and Capability, Industrial Relations, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Workers Compensation and Wellbeing. With our QLD Asphalt business experiencing a significant increase in major projects and maintenance activities driven by government infrastructure funding, it is an exciting time to join Boral.
