We are looking for an experienced LLM / GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise Generative AI solutions using Databricks Genie, large language models (LLMs), and modern AI frameworks. You will be joining us in building Oliver Wyman’s new hub in Lisbon. This role focuses on training and optimizing AI models, building scalable LLM architectures and orchestration frameworks, and enabling intelligent AI-powered workflows using structured and unstructured data. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Python, APIs, MCP integrations, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and production-ready AI deployment.
