Position Summary The Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary warehouse and office environment in accordance with company standards for safety, quality, and productivity. This role supports product safety, quality, and legality while contributing to a safe and efficient workplace that delivers value to customers. Primary Responsibilities: - Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently throughout warehouse and office areas. - Follow assigned sanitation logs and requirements consistently. - Use and understand cleaning materials and liquids as directed. - Monitor cleaning supply inventory and communicate reorder needs. - Ensure floors are free of debris and maintain a clean, orderly appearance. - Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and complies with company standards. - Report any unkempt areas from previous shifts to the supervisor. - Remove snow from designated areas as seasonally required. - If trained, inspect sweeper scrubber equipment before and after use to ensure proper function and appearance. - Identify and report areas of waste that may impact operational flow.
