Job Description Summary The Industrialization team is responsible to create, maintain, and execute the standard in how to develop and industrialize manufacturing processes using a team-based approach. This role sits within the Industrialization team and will lead equipment specification, builds, programming, and work closely with process development to build machines around a process. Will work closely with maintenance team to develop long term professional maintenance procedures. The role will also be key in integrating part movement solutions into, out of, and between new and existing equipment. And support building quality into the process.
