In doing so, we utilize naturalistic teaching strategies, assent & trauma-informed care, and frequent, combined meetings amongst professionals (BCBAs, SLPs, & OTs) on staff to create and maintain comprehensive treatment packages. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing general building needs, client progress, coordination of outside visitations/assessments, and supervising Program Managers and Junior Program Managers.
